Propper Cotton Ripstop BDU Pants

I bought the tiger stripe camo pants, and i noticed that propper is stepping up in quality. They're thicker now. But still made in the Dominican Republic.

I buy new ones every year because i like 100% cotton but the fabric frays on every one within a ridiculously short time. So who is the fool cause i keep buying them.!

Only lasted 2 months and the fabric ripped appart. The stitching and buttons held up, but the fabric is horrible.

Im in the navy. And use these on the flight deck. And what ever mother nature throws ourway I can rely on these pants.

I have three pairs of these that I received from my employer. Within a few months of wear, they had begun to develop gaping holes, especially at the cuff and the upper rear leg. Office khakis from the thrift-store last longer.

Best work pants ever. I supervise a forestry brushing crew and these pants get worked. Athletic cut for a full range of movement without binding at all. Cargo pockets you can carry tons of stuff in. Tie off bottoms to keep the ticks out and to keep them out of the mud. Tough and long lasting with reinforced knee and butt and just dang comfy too. I have 8 pair. I wear the 100% cottons in the hot summers and the poly/cotton blend in the winters. The poly cotton blend does not hold much water and they dry fast and that is perfect in wet Oregon winters.

I bought these because the BDU's I had were getting old (7-8 yrs). I work in Land Surveying and BDU's are about the best to wear when I am having to walk through the woods. HOWEVER, these are NOT Ripstop. I have had 3 patch repairs on them. The first rip was about 4 inches long, second was about an inch, the last one the whole crotch frayed apart! Could there be a possibility that maybe these were DEFECTIVE?

I love these pants! They are way more comfortable than jeans and the cargo pockets come in very handy. I may not wear jeans on a regular basis again. The sizing chart also helped me pick out the right size.

These pants are fricken sweet, im 6,2 and over 300 pounds and i didnt think these pants would last long, because of my size my thighs would rub together and wear a hole right in the crotch of most pants and jeans, but not these ones, at least not yet ive had them for about 9 months and still no holes, i wear them at work and during paintball games so they get alot of use, they are washed almost every day of the week after work and play and again no holes.

I bought three pairs of these to replace my company supplied uniform pants, which never fit properly. The first day I wore these bdus, I was comfortable all day long. These pants are also excellent for the time I spend on the back of the motorcycle. They do not sag to my knees like my regular uniform pants and they do not bind "the boys" like jeans.
