The Discreet Carry Vest maximizes concealment and keeps essential gear at the ready without attracting attention. The four front flapped pockets, fitted with expansion pleats, seal shut with hook-and-loop closures. The front closes with a two-way zipper, but the quick-release center front tab with hook-and-loop closure can secure the vest without zipping for those times when you might need quicker access to inside items. The vest includes a vented back for better airflow and a padded collar for comfort. Side-tab adjustments easily customize the fit. A good investment, the garment has been designed for durability with double-needle stitching, bar-tacked stress points, and non-fading reactive-dyed fabric. Treated with DuPont™ Teflon® Fabric Protector for a breathable, durable finish that repels both water and oil-based spills. Machine wash.

I've owned my vest for over 3-years now and my appreciation has steadly grown. After much use and wear, this is one of the few garments I've gathered over the years that I've come to depend on and frequently carry with me.
I looked at other CC vest but could not find one without the tactical rifle magazine pockets; an unnecessary addition for everyday carry IMHO. I think those pockets stand out like a sore thumb. Then, I found the Woolrich which is a much more understated design.
No seams have come apart, nothing has stretched out of shape and it just gets better with age. Even the elastic magazine holders in the lower pockets have not stretched and are as good today as when purchased. Great ventilation and adjustment capability. I've had quite a few people ask about the make just on a utility view point.
