Men's Vertx Tactical Shorts

Best operators shorts that I have ever worn. Close to the body snag free pockets. Easy access pockets for mag retention and extra cartridge access. Zippered security pocket keeps non range essentials out of the way. Room to articulate body motion without needing to adjust clothing position for pocket access or comfort. Accommodates side arm holster and mag pouches where they should be. Accommodates 1.75 inch heavy nylon belt without a problem.These are a shooters pants; well designed for fit and function.

Here is an update from my previous post "Best shorts for everyday use5/14/2010" I've worn these shorts a few times. The one thing I don't like is the extra material at the back that is provided to cover you if you bend down. The problem is this extra material bunches at the back when are you just standing in a normal position. So this means the shorts do not fit ideally when you are standing. It would be better if the extra material wasn't there. No other shorts have this extra material.

These are the best shorts I've had, and will use them for everyday general use in Texas. After a few months of testing I hope to replace the inexpensive cargo shorts I bought from Kmart/Target type stores. - very high quality construction, you can see it in the stitching - great pocket flaps without using velcro - can place glasses case, cell phone, and other objects in cargo pockets, will not fall out when sitting in a car. - internal organizer in each cargo pocket help keep things organized. - zippered pocket perfect for wallet or keys - low profile look, don't look like cargo shorts - slightly tapered leg openings are more comfortable (not floppy) like other shorts - mid weight material should be cool enough for Texas (but I haven't had a chance to try in 100F+ weather yet. - This is a smart design.
