Junk Junk Junk
Reviewer: Richard | Pembroke
Dont' waste your money.I have worn this type of boot for 40 years. Rothco boots are junk. I now have $31.00 just in shipping, and the boots still dont' fit.The first pair were steel toe and the steel should have been put in a size four boot not an eight. The secound pair measured the same inside as a size ten, I ordered a size eight. The inside toe area was 3/4" above my toe. I could swim in this size eight boot, and I take a size nine. Do not waste your money with this product. I should have known when it says made in china.
Great for CAP and JROTC.

I'm a CAP (Civil Air Patrol) Cadet and I needed some new boots to replace the ones issued to me for my BDUs. And I have to say, for the price, these are some really, REALLY nice boots. I loved the steel toe feature as well. They are great for encampment if they are broken in. For 50 bucks you can't go wrong, and I got them for 30. I don't recommend these for ground team or hiking boots, but if your looking for a strong boot to use for your BDUs or just to walk around in, get these. I also recommend buying some good insoles. They don't come with them.
Good Boot, Does The Job. Problem With Eyelet.
Reviewer: Frey356A | Portland, OR
Militaryboots.com Sends these in a nice box. They have that Factory smell once you open the box. Out of the Box these boots look good. These boots do not come with insoles, so I recommend buying a pair Rothco brand ones. Your feet will love you. All around the boot had a quality feel to it. The steel toe part works great. I had these for a little less then a year, and I started having problems with the shoe lace eyelets falling out. I contacted militaryboots.com which contacted Rothco the maker. They ended up sending me a brand new pair, because of the problem. It says something about Rothco and militaryboots.com, they care about there customers. I would recommend this boot for a person looking for a good pair of steel toe jungle boots. I don't see these boots lasting 20 years, but would last a while. It's a good bang for the Buck.
