Springing from Hi-Tec Sports, Magnum's birth was a result of a request from the FBI for lightweight, athletic black tactical boots in the early 1980s. Pleased with the end-result, the FBI spread the word about the boots. Members of law enforcement and security agencies decided to try out the groundbreaking footwear. Throughout the years, it has continued to have a strong research and development presence. As its reputation grew, Magnum became a heavy contender in the footwear and apparel industry and officially separated from Hi-Tec. With high functionality and comfort, Magnum tactical gear is the choice of hundreds of operators throughout the world.

Not quite sure what is going on with Magnum Boots lately. but its not good. I have wore Magnum boots exclusively for the past 15 years because they are lite and comfortable and use to be longwearing. In the past year I have purchased 4 pair of Magnum boots and everyone of them are falling apart. soles are comming unglued on them in less than 3 months.. AT first I thought okay I got a dud so I'd buy another pair, and another and then another. I've run out of excuses for this favorite boot of mine and can no longer aford to keep buying the Magnum boot. What I considered a good valve for the money is now throwing money down the drain. I don't know what has happened to the Magnum boot, but they ain't what they use to be. Save you money and your disapointment buy something else

HAD BOOTS LESS THAN 4 MONTHS AND THE ZIPPER RIPPED OUT, THE BOOTS DEVELOPED A REALLY BAD ODOR THAT EVERYTHING I HAVE TRIED TO GET RID OF HAS NOT WORKED, THEY ARE VERY COMFORTABLE BUT AT $100 A PAIR AND NOT EVEN GETTING 6 MONTHS OUT OF THEM I AM NOT REALLY THINKING OF GETTING ANOTHER PAIR
