    • The Condor II hydration backpack is the dramatically improved second generation of our military assault daypack that has been upgraded with the amenities of daily use in mind while not compromising the integrity of rugged battlefield construction.

A square with rounded top design, the Condor II can hold over 1950 cu. in. of gear. One removable Y-shaped top strap and four quick-release lateral compression straps secure contents and takes strain off the durable YKK #10 zips. Wide shoulder straps with high breathability backing provides superb cooling characteristics. As with all Maxpedition backpacks, the Condor-II's loadbearing capacity can be expanded greatly with other Maxpedition modular pockets, added to the backpack's front or side PALS attachment points using TacTie. Although we recommend Camelbak hydration reservoirs, our hydration compartment is compatible with most aftermarket hydration systems.

    About Maxpedition

Maxpedition collage Life can be hard on gear, especially on those everyday packs and bags. Understanding how taxing the daily grind can be on kit bags, Maxpedition utilizes only the highest performing materials. Its story begins in a small workshop in 1988, where experts were dedicated to creating hard-use, military-specification nylon gear. It wasn't long before this commitment to producing durable bags was well-known throughout the world. Despite Maxpedition's international and domestic success, it continues to develop even more user-friendly designs and only uses quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship. Adhering to its philosophy of constant self-improvement, Maxpedition gear can withstand the rigors of the outdoors, the office, the gym or even that next mission in the field.

    • 5 out of 5 This backpack is awesome so far. Plenty of room for my personal uses (even fits a 3 person tent in the straps on the bottom). Only time will tell if it'll hold up, but it definitely seems like it will. This is built to last.

    • 5 out of 5 This is a great pack. It's not as large as I'd hoped, but that's my fault for not reading the description a bit more closely. Though not terribly large, this pack is tough as nails. I clearly over stuff it, but it holds together without protest. The zippers are very sturdy, and the stitching seems to be holding up no problem. I also own the Colossus Versipack, and between the two, I haul all my gear back & forth to West Africa (Boots included). They definitely live up to the name "Hard-Use Gear."

    • Great pack a bit pricey tho

    • 5 out of 5 Rugged, functional, and attractive this is my first Maxp bag and (as a testament to the quality) will probably be my last. This bag is full of nooks and crannies to let your mind wander on the near limitless stashing/lashing possibilities. I was a little put off that the bag comes from Taiwan; I paid a premium for this pack under the assumption that it was Made in the US but I should have done my research -- no where does Maxpedition advertise this pack being made in the US. And this should not be taken as disrespectful to the Taiwanese as they've crafted a truly great pack.

    • 5 out of 5 Size and shape of this back only adds to its excellent quality of materials ond manufacture. The improvements over the Condor I are many and well thought out. The hydration access from the outside back panel without having to open the pack is very smart and if you don't need the water bladder for you mission or job blends in so well its a great hidden storage pocket. The zipper hides in the seam that well. Would make an excellent bag for any operator that needs a get-in-out quick pack.

    • 5 out of 5 I've owned many back packs over the years. Right now, I own three: a Deuter, a Northface, and a Maxpedition. By far, the stitching and sturdiness awards go to the Maxpedition. Don't get me wrong, I love, love my Deuter pack, but for a daypack, the Maxpedition rules. For me, the philosophy of use for an EDC/daypack requires it to be very sturdy because it will get used a lot. I can see from a short period of owning it that it will last a long time.
