Genuine Gear Poly / Cotton Twill BDU Pants

I work in the oilfield. I have to wear heavy, uncomfortable fire retardant coveralls over my clothing. I wanted something comfortable, relatively lightweight, and roomy enough to allow for the wear of thermal long underwear without being to tight. These BDUs are better than "cargo pants", and cheaper. If you wanted better materials, with better wear factor, buy the higher-priced BDUs, ACUs, etc. For the price, I like 'em! Tough enough to endure 100 plus degrees heat, 20 degrees cold, and every day wear and tear. I don't worry about keeping them to clean....wash 'em, dry 'em, fold 'em. Ready for work the next day. If you get a hole in the seam, oh well, they are just fine for the purposes I use 'em for: tough work.

i am in law enforcement i saw these pants at the uniform shop and said lets try them out the thing i like best is at the bottom of the pants i can tie the strings to fit tight over my boots and dont have to worry about them when i am running great pants at a great price

I bought these for wet wading while fishing and hiking through saw grass. They have worked out great and are holding up to my abuse. My only concern is that the belt loops are a little flimsy, but for the price I can deal with it.

Fades rather quickly.

for 24 bucks I am not complaining. I've had a pair for 4 years, and they last forever. I work in a factory that requires me to operate machine, get down on knees (alot) and my clothes always snag on screws and bolts. However these pant just never wear out.

When I got these pants for my son I thought oh good these will last him "forever". They are nicely reinforced at the knees and seat. Then after some time (sorry I don't know how long maybe a year) the adjustable waist tabs have frayed and worn very thin to the point of not being able to adjust them. I'm talking a single layer of 12 threads Thin. He still wears them and likes them but we are disappointed with that adjustable waist feature.
